- Leaflet from the Gowning Company, Phelan Conan
- Leaflet from the Photography Company, La Fayette
Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure that IADT has correct contact details from you. If you need to update these, please email email@example.com
We will have two conferring ceremonies:

2.30pm – Faculty of Film, Art and Creative Technologies (previously School of Creative Arts and School of Creative Technologies)
Graduation in absentia
Should you not be able to attend the ceremony, your parchment will be awarded to you in absentia.
You will be able to collect your parchment then, from the Office of Academic and Student Affairs from the 21st November 2013 onwards. The Office is open Monday to Friday from 11am to 3pm.
If you are not able to collect your parchment from the Office of Academic and Student Affairs, you can nominate a person to do so. All you have to do is write a letter authorising this person to collect the parchment on your behalf and forward to Margaret Murray in the Office of Academic and Student Affairs in advance. The person authorised to collect must bring photographic ID with them when they collect the Parchment. Parchments are not ordinarily posted but on request to Margaret Murray they can be sent through the post at the students own risk.
Hiring your graduation gown
All graduands must wear a gown at their graduation ceremony. Graduands wear a gown and it is optional to wear a hood. Should you wish to wear a hood, please bring hair clips, if necessary, in order to secure it.
The company providing the gowns for the IADT graduation is Phelan Conan. Phelan Conan offers a pre-booking facility of gowns, through their website www.phelanconan.com
The cost of hiring your gown for the ceremony is €37. Pre-booking and payment must be made by the 10th November.
You will collect your gown after you have received your seat number at the registration desk.
If you are not wearing your gown 20 minutes before the ceremony starts, you will not be allowed to enter the graduation hall and graduate in person.
The official photographers for the day, LaFayette, will be located at the RDS. However, it is advisable to book your photography in advance at www.lafayette.ie
